Recently, I somehow receive many ads by CutterInit when I browse the web.
This problem has occurred for a couple of days and I still cannot have it fixed. My brother has run AVG to scan the system but cannot find any suspicious threat. I have search for information about CutterInit in Google and known that it is an adware program.
But the sad thing is that I tried several ways introduced online but still have no luck to remove it. What is the effective way to get rid of CutterInit? Please give me some suggestion.

Manually Remove the Adware by Following the Guide. Step 1: Remove the adware from Control Panel.
- Windows 8: Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program.
Remove the adware and other unknown programs from your computer.

Step 2: Disable the adds-ons and extensions of the adware.

Step 3: Search for and delete the files created by CutterInit from your computer.

Step 4: Get rid of the registry entries of the adware from Registry Editor.
- Press Windows + R keys together, input regedit into the Run box and click on OK to open Registry Editor.
- When Registry Editor opens, find out and get rid of all the registry entries of the adware as follows:

Since some adware can't be deleted successfully via Control Panel and browser extensions, it is highly recommended that you use CutterInit to perform a full scan and get rid of CutterInit as well as other potential threats from PC fully and completely.
