The complicity between the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge is undeniable. The couple got married in 2011 and have now three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Harry and Meghan tied the knot in 2018 and are parents of two children: Archie and Lili. However, the connection between the two couples is completely different.
Body language expert Believingbruce explained there is a “huge difference” between the two couples.
“When we look at the ‘connecting’ nonverbal communication and subliminal gestures that exist between both couples, there is a huge difference between the supportive connection that lies between Kate and William and the submissive connection that exists between Harry and Meghan,” he said.
“Between Kate and William we see a high degree of similar behaviours, mirroring if you will.
“From both encouraging each other to take centre stage with gentle touches, downward looks toward each other of vulnerability (think how Diana used to look down…) as well as both being comfortable to take the lead from one another within a conversation.

“This is most definitely a shared relationship,” the expert said about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
“This is in stark contrast to the submissive behaviours that Harry shows towards Meghan,” Bruce explained.
“Where William will take a quick look towards Kate, Harry takes longer, almost pausing as if waiting for some type of gesture from Meghan that would resemble a green light, as in he feels he has now permission to do something.
“Also the light touches between Kate and William are replaced between Meghan and Harry by a type of touch called an elongated pat, this is where Meghan puts her hand on Harry but keeps it there.”

The body language expert explained that the gesture shows Meghan is “in control”.
“This is a controlling gesture, make no mistake.
“This is often when Meghan is about to say something, or has said something and she is encouraging Harry to go along with the view by the firm touch of the palm of her hand.
“Even within the Oprah interview, Meghan used the touch frequently to remind Harry who was in charge,” Bruce said.
“She also accompanied this by an exaggerated nod.
“As if to say to Harry ‘yes Harry, this is what you will agree with, isn’t it Harry..!’
“So very much adult – adult relationship between Kate and William, and very much a parent – child between Harry and Meghan.”
Bruce added: “Now I am not saying that might not suit each couple, after all, each couple in existence have their own behaviours and rituals that the next couple may not understand.
“What I am saying, is now I have told you about it, you will not be able to NOT see the controlling behaviours that Meghan exhibits towards Harry..!” Bruce expert warned.
The Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge were seen at the James Bond premiere in London where the couple showed their marriage was steamier than ever as Kate showed off her model legs in a sheer gold dress.
Body language expert Judi James said: “William’s body language suggested even he couldn’t believe his eyes or his luck to be accompanying his glamorous wife.”
Meghan and Prince Harry made an appearance in New York to speak at Global Citizen Live where according to Judi, the Duchess could be seen as the “leader” in public.
