[ad_1]

Susanna Reid, 50, is seen regularly as the Good Morning Britain’s main host but in recent years, the journalist has branched out to wider television presenting. Tonight, she interviews senior officers from Operation Minstead and tells the real life story of the 17-year hunt for a serial rapist known as The Night Stalker – one of many crime documentary shows she has fronted. But how much is Susanna Reid’s net worth?

Susanna Reid’s early life and rise

As the youngest of three children, Susanna was born in Croydon, South London in 1970.

She was educated at the independent Croham Hurst School, followed by the independent Croydon High School and St Paul’s Girl’s School in London.

When she was nine years old, her parents separated and divorced.

Her father was a management consultant, her mother was a nurse.

During her teenage years, Susanna appeared as an aspiring actress in the stage production of Agatha Christie’s Spider’s Web and then in The Price on Channel 4.

When she went to the University of Bristol, Susanna studied Politics and Philosophy and while there, she became the editor of Epigram, the student newspaper.

She then went onto train as a journalist at Cardiff University, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism.

Susanna Reid’s personal life

Susanna has three sons, Sam, 19, Finn, 17, and Jack, 16, with her ex-partner Dominic Cotton.

She and Dominic were together for 16 years before their split in 2014.

She went onto date Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish, 56, before splitting in 2019 and reuniting recently.

The presenter has been vocal about her feelings against marriage.

During on debate on GMB she said: “I’ve never been married, no. And I would just like to say to the children you are not illegitimate – whatever the convention says.”

She said the decision to never marry was a “personal choice”.

Away from her day job, Susanna took part in the 2013 series of Strictly Come Dancing and was paired with Kevin Clifton.

Together they reached the final and were runners-up to Abbey Clancy and Aljaz Skorjanec.
